I have been using CBD hemp oil Pure 400 for about 2 years. I have spinal stenosis which is painful and occasionally I have sciatic pain. I take a quarter dropper in the morning and a quarter dropper at night and it controls my pain. As good or better
than Ibuprofen. If I aggravate my spine or sciatic nerve I take a half dropper 2 or 3 times per day until pain subsides. Great stuff.
